Director Sheida Rastegar is the father of CEO Ariah Rastegar, creating a disclosed familial conflict of interest within the board. Decisions by either party could be influenced by personal considerations rather than solely the best interests of the Company.

“The Company acknowledges that Sheida Rastegar, a Director of the Company, is the father of Ariah Rastegar, the Chief Executive Officer. This familial relationship may present a potential conflict of interest, as decisions made by either party in their respective roles could be influenced by personal considerations rather than solely the best interests of the Company.”
